The 125th “Forum for Thinking About Fisheries and the Ocean,” organized by the Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology Alumni Association, will be held on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Large Conference Room on the first floor of the Rakusui Kaikan.
Prof. Ishizaki and Dr. Daisuke Ikeda (Associate Professor, Faculty of Marine Life Sciences, Kitasato University) will deliver a lecture titled “The Future of ‘Cultured Fish Meat’: A Cell-Based Seafood Product.”
