On Monday, March 23, 2026, Mr. Ogura, a fourth-year student in the Laboratory of MBFB, received the 2025 Rakusui-kai Encouragement Award.
This Encouragement Award is presented to individuals who primarily conduct their studies and research at TUMSAT’s Shinagawa Campus.
It is awarded based on the following criteria: (1) individuals or groups that have contributed to the activities of Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology or the Rakusui-kai; (2) individuals or groups that have actively engaged in club activities or social contribution activities; and (3) individuals who have energetically pursued their academic studies and research. Ms. Ogura received the award under criterion (3). He is the third recipient from the Laboratory of MBFB.
