From Monday, August 25 to Friday, August 29, 2025, a fourth-year student from Dept. of Materials Engineering, National Institute of Technology, Nagaoka College participated in an internship at our Lab. She acquired research techniques related to culturing fish myoblasts for cultured fish meat production, extracting fish serum, and cDNA cloning using fish brains. Although it was a short one-week period, I believe it was a fulfilling week.
