Prof. Ishizaki gave a presentation titled “Health Benefits of Fish Proteins” at The 15th Surimi School Asia, held in Bangkok, Thailand, from October 27 to 29, 2025.
The presentation was co-authored by Visiting Professor Emiko Okazaki and Professor Shoichiro Ishizaki, and delivered by Professor Okazaki. The content will be published shortly in the book titled Jae Park Surimi School.
